The Stretch & Strengthen class is a mix of Chinese chi-kung (qigong) exercise and yoga style postures. It uses a mind-body approach to relax the mind and develop whole body strength and flexibility by working the bands of muscles that activate body movement. The class routine includes basic warm-up, joint rotations, aerobic strengthening, stretching and meditative breathing. Please wear comfortable clothes & bring a water bottle.

From this course you will take away your own simple top, colour storybook and handmade pattern!
